These easy, cheesy chicken quesadillas are a crowd favorite. they are not only filled with cheese and chicken, but a delicious homemade sauce that makes these hand-held goodies irresistible! Whenever you are in a bind around dinner time, these quesadillas are a life saver! Served with a little homemade sauce and a side dish of salad, these quesadillas make for a tasty and filling meal! But they’re also great as appetizers. By the way, these aren’t just any chicken quesadillas. These quesadillas have a secret magic yummy sauce in the middle that take these to another level. Who knew that a little mayo, chili paper seasoning, and hot sauce could be the winning combo for a quesadilla sauce? So let’s see how it’s done:


  1. Shredded chicken: 2 cups (seasoned)
  2. Tortillas
  3. Sauce: Mayo- hot sauce- and Seasoning
  4. Cheese: Cheddar- Mozzarella
  5. Spices: Garlic powder- Chili powder- Salt- Black pepper- Ground coriander- Ginger
  6. Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  7. Pepper: color mixed
  8. Tomato paste: 2 tbsp

How To Prepare

First step: To prepare CHICKEN QUESADILLAS you have to shredder the chicken, then add a punch of spices (salt- pepper- chili powder- ground coriander- garlic powder- ginger powder), then add tomato paste and mix them together. Put the chicken in a dish then in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Second step: You are going to prepare the QUESADILLAS sauce which is consists of mayo and seasoning like salt, pepper and garlic powder, whisk them together, and that’s it you finished preparing the sauce. Easy right!

Third step: Bring a pan, put the olive oil in it, then put it on medium heat, add the chicken, cook them a little then add pepper, after it cooked for a little bit add the seasonings that were mentioned before, let it sit for 10 minutes, and it’s done.

Forth step: Now you are about to build your QUESADILLAS, put your pan on a medium heat, add the olive oil, then put the tortilla, add the sauce, and mozzarella above it as you like, then the chicken, then another tortilla let it on the heat until it gets a little brown then flip it on the other side. Do the same step until you finish the remaining.
