And perhaps the area where you are located don’t have a delivery service because of the curfew that many countries have imposed on their people. and for that you need to cheer yourself up through a cold delicious desert dish without suffering in making it, that will change your mood. even if you were a beginner at making deserts. You will easily make this one, all you need to do is the following:
- Milk: 1 ½ cup
- Flour: 1 cup
- Egg: 2 eggs
- Vanilla: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Ice cream: 2 cups of vanilla flavor or any preferred flavor
- Banana: 5 pieces
- Chocolate sauce: 2 big tsp
How to prepare
First step: mix crepe ingredients (milk, flour, egg, oil in a dish).
Second step: add salt.
Third step: warm up a large pan on a medium heat then put away from the heat, so the mixture don’t burn when you put direct in the pan.
Forth step: put around 2 large tsp of the mixture, and put the pan on the heat quickly so it doesn’t get cold, then leave it about 30 seconds after that put it on the other side until it gets gold brown.
Fifth step: put the crepe in a dish to chill out.
Sixth step: fill the crepe with ice cream and banana and shape it like squares or any preferred shape.
Seventh step: put the staffed crepe in a pan that has a butter sheet in it. Then put it in the fridge for 2 hours before it served.
Eighth step: when you are going to serve the dessert put chocolate sauce above it like straight line or crossed to give a nice view. and serve it cold.
