If there ever was a way to enjoy pancakes, is by making Mini Pancake. It is the ultimate new trend on the internet, you can easily make them in less than 5 minutes for breakfast, brunch, or a cool dessert with a scoop of ice cream and lashings of chocolate fudge sauce. Whatever toppings you choose, whether it be maple syrup, berries, chocolate chips, banana slices or honey… you can’t go wrong, Mini Pancake is loved by kids and adults due its fluffy mouthwatering taste. This recipe uses simple, basic ingredients like all-purpose flour, butter, milk, an egg, vanilla extract, sugar and pinch of salt. Easy right! Let’s see how it is prepared.


  1. Flour: 1 ¼ cups
  2. Butter: 40g (melted)
  3. Milk: 1 cup
  4. Egg: 1 egg
  5. Vanilla: 2 tbsp
  6. Sugar: 1 tbsp
  7. Salt: ¼ tsp

How to Prepare

First step:  in this step you need to bring first a bowl, flour, sugar. Now Combine the flour and sugar in the bowl.

Second step: you need to bring milk, egg and butter. now add them together and Whisk them in a jug.

Third step: Add to the flour mixture. Stir to combine. Set aside for 15 minutes to rest.

Forth step: bring a large non-stick frying pan and heat it over medium-low heat.

Fifth step: Brush the non-stick pan with a little of the extra melted butter.

Sixth step: Pour four 1-tbs portions of mixture around the pan, allowing room for spreading. Cook for 1 min or until bubbles rise to the surface. Turn and cook for a further 1 min or until lightly golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Repeat, in 6 more batches, with remaining mixture.

Seventh step: Serve topped with your desired toppings such as Nutella chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, honey, you can add anything you like it’s going to be delicious and make it perfect.
