If you were a crepe lover, I bet you will search for different crepe recipes to try. one of these tasty recipes is the meat crepe, the opposite to what you know about the sweet taste of regular crepe. it’s considered as a lunch or dinner meal as you like. You can eat whenever you want, because this crepe is light on your stomach and very tasty. this crepe is the best choice for lunch if you were in hurry that you can prepare in a very short time. And you will have some good time preparing this crepe recipe because it is very easy. What you need to make this crepe is to mix these simple ingredients together:

Ingredients

Crepe

  1. Egg: 3 eggs
  2. Milk: one
  3. Cup
  4. Warm water: ¼ cup
  5. Butter: 4 tsp (melted)
  6. Flour: one cup
  7. Salt: ¼ tsp

Meat Filling

  1. Meat: ground meat 500g (beef or lamb)
  2. Salt: 1 tsp
  3. Pepper: ½ tsp
  4. Onion: one

How To Prepare

First step: mix the crepe mixture together egg, milk, warm water, flour, butter and salt at the food processor until it becomes soft.

Second step: let the crepe mixture chill out in the fridge for one hour.

Third step: warm up the crepe pan and put some oil in it, on a medium heat to high, then put ¼ cup of the crepe mixture and leave it for one minute, until it gets golden brown. then put it on the other side and do the same until you finish the whole crepe mixture. after that keep putting it in a dish until you finish the rest of the mixture.

Forth step: to prepare the crepe meat filling: put the meat in a pan that do not stick with salt until the meat gets brown.

Fifth step: add onion and pepper to the meat and mix it together for seven minutes until its cooked.

Sixth step: divide the filling in the crepe pieces and shape it like rolls. Then put it in a dish that has melted butter, and put it in the oven.

Seventh step: put the dish on the oven at 200 degree for 15 minutes until its cooked.

Eighth step: serve it hot aside with salad dish or yogurt as you like.
